The Opportunity
We’re expanding globally and are building a network of Business Development Executives who will help us identify serious clients, open new markets, and grow Stratos’ presence across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
This role is ideal for professionals with connections in oil & gas, finance, logistics, or international trade — and for those who want to leverage their networks into serious income through performance-based commissions.
You don’t need to deliver the consulting work — our internal team handles all verification and documentation analysis.
Your role is to open doors, qualify clients, and bring opportunities forward.
When deals close — you get paid fast and fairly.
Your Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential clients (buyers, sellers, or investors) needing verification or due diligence.
Introduce and present Stratos Advisory services confidently and professionally.
Qualify legitimate leads and submit them through our lead system.
Coordinate with the Founder/CEO for final deal closure.
Maintain communication and relationship management with clients you introduce.

Who We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
Experienced or networked in oil & gas, trade finance, logistics, or consulting.
A natural communicator who builds trust easily.
Motivated by performance-based rewards.
Professional, detail-oriented, and ethical.
Fluent in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
